I, Christelle Cloete have registered and paid my marketer fees to be allowed to sell and market the Argilla Pottery Products. This website is my personal portal to you, the loyal, new customer to showcase Argilla’s new products and specials. You can verify my marketer status and or my marketers that fall under me at Argilla Pottery head office

We like to assure you that we at argillaporrery.online only collect and retain information received from you that is necessary to provide you with the product purchased and to comply with applicable laws. We will not share your personal information other than the purpose of providing you with a service and or your delivery by 3 party couriers.

You have full control of your personal information held by Argilla Pottery Online, you can view and change and delete your information by login into your account on our website and or send us an email.

We may send you product updates via email or WhatsApp from time to time, should you not wish to receive these communications you can unsubscribe and or asked to be removed from our list.

Breakage

We take the utmost care when it comes to shipment. In the last few years there where minimal breakage, but things happen in transit. We recommend that when the product is delivered that it be open while the courier service is present and take picture with the courier to verify that breakage happened in transit. Contact us so we can arrange return of the product with the courier.

Refunds Policy

Refunds will not be granted for products purchased in error. All our products are listed in sizes and colours. Should it be proven that a product is not as per the Product Description a refund will be granted. 5% and or R 40 will be a charge levied to cover our bank charges.

Refunds for amounts deposited into the account erroneously will also have a 15% fee levied to cover our bank charges and will only be considered for processing 7 days after the original payment date.

Refunds for debit orders and credit card payments are processed after the second week of the month.
