Savoury Breakfast Bread

Savoury Breakfast Bread in an argilla large oval roaster

1 tub Shake & Bake muffin mixture (cheese & chives flavour), available at your supermarket,
200 g mushrooms, chopped,
1 onion, chopped,
200 g bacon, diced,
10 ml oil for frying Cheddar cheese, grated,

Prepare muffin mixture according to direction on tub. Fry bacon, onions and mushrooms in the Argilla Small Classic Roaster bowl, in the oil, for 5 minutes on High. Cool it for a while. Put muffin mixture in a greased Argilla Bread Pan / Argilla Medium Roaster. Sprinkle with bacon-onion-mushroom mixture and the grated cheese. Bake at 160 °C for 45 minutes until done. Serve with bakedor poached
eggs.
