Health Bread in an argilla bread pans

30 ml honey,
1 litre hot tap water,
6 x 250 mi Nutty Wheat,
2 packets instant yeast,
6 x 250 mi Nutty Wheat,
250 ml oats,
10 ml salt,
250 ml mixed nuts & seeds,

Stir honey into water. Mix rest of ingredients, add honey-water. Mix well, spoon into 2 greased Argilla Bread Pans / Argilla Medium Oval Roaster / Cake Pudding Ring. Allow to rise. Bake at 180 °C for 1 hour. Serve warm.
